Lower Merion Affordable Housing Corporation, in cooperation with Lower Merion Township, has completed numerous projects each year to provide affordable to new homeowners. We are currently working on selecting more properties for our Affordable Home Purchase Program.

Affordable Home Purchase Program
Affordable Home Purchase Program reduces monthly payments by providing a second mortgage at zero interest with no monthly payments. So far, eight homes have been acquired, rehabbed and sold. The homes were located in Ardmore, Belmont Hills and Bryn Mawr.
13 Saint Asaph’s Road (Bala Cynwyd, PA)
The 13 Saint Asaph’s Road Project is an affordable apartment building providing lower than market rate rents.
Spring Avenue Condo Development (Ardmore, PA)
Lower Merion Development Corporation, a subsidy of LMAH, has completed the construction of ten homes at Spring Avenue and Simpson Road.
