About Lower Merion Affordable Housing
Founded as an outgrowth of a shared housing program, Lower Merion Affordable Housing Corporation was incorporated in 1995 to develop more affordable housing and to coordinate the development of affordable housing through its various subsidiaries and affiliates. Lower Merion Affordable Housing is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Lower Merion Affordable Housing is the parent corporation to Lower Merion Development Corporation and 13 St. Asaph’s, Inc.
As the parent company of 13 St. Asaph’s, Lower Merion Affordable Housing works closely with the management of this six affordable apartments in Bala Cynwood.
Lower Merion Development Corporation has completed a two-phase homeownership project, Spring Avenue Condominium Development, located at Spring Avenue and Simpson Road in Ardmore. Phase 1 was the construction and sale of six homes to lower income families. Phase 2 was completed with the sale of four additional affordable homes to first-time homebuyers.
