- ElderNet of Lower Merion and Narberth. Serves adults of all ages, especially frail older or disabled younger persons of low to moderate income. They provide a variety of free, practical services to help older neighbors remain independent, assisting with access to healthcare, food security and an improved quality of life.

- National Foundation for Credit Counseling – non-profit organization that provides low-cost credit counseling and debt management plans; has special affiliate focused on members of the military.
- Financial Planning Association’s Free Financial Planning – this organization has developed planning tools for those experiencing financial impacts due to cancer and Covid-19; their web page also has links to other financial literacy resources.
- Lower Merion Township Libraries. Your local library is a great repository of information and resources available to you as a resident of the Township with your free library card – computers, books, videos and video streaming, e-books, Ancestry, newspapers, magazines, museum passes, loans from any library in Montgomery County and MORE.
- West Philadelphia Tool Library. The West Philly Tool Library loans tools to community members so they can perform simple home maintenance, tend their yards and gardens, build furniture, start projects, and learn new skills in a safe and affordable manner. The Annual Fee is a sliding scale based on income (from $20 to $50 per year). They also have classes.
- POWER Library. Thousands of full-text periodical articles, newspapers, encyclopedia resources, photographs, charts, maps and reference materials for Pennsylvanians of all ages. Subjects include auto and small engine repair, health, children’s resources and general reference, among others.
- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). Administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, LIHEAP helps families living on low incomes pay their heating bills in the form of a cash grant.
